At Lullana, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every product meets our expectations before it reaches you.

All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of ingestible products, all sales are considered final once delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used items

  • Products returned without prior authorization

  • Change of mind or personal preference


Eligibility for Refunds (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds or replacements are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo/video evidence

  • Product must remain unused and in original condition

Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of the request.


Return Authorization Required

All returns must be pre-approved.

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our criteria


Refund Processing

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable


Chargebacks & Abuse

We actively monitor for abuse of our policies.

  • Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in being restricted from future purchases

  • Fraudulent claims will be disputed with evidence


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed.
